Winter Camp Details:

When: Friday, January 30th - Sunday, February 1st
Where: Black Lake Bible Camp - Olympia, WA
Who: 6th - 12th Graders

Early Registration: $210 by December 21st (11:59pm)

• A $40 deposit is required to secure your spot.

Standard Registration: $225 by January 18th (11:59pm)

• A $40 deposit is required to secure your spot.

Late Registration: $240 by January 23rd (12:00pm)

• Late Registrations must be paid in full.

Fundraisers & Financial Assistance:

Camp fundraising opportunities will be available for Winter Camp as well as financial assistance on a case-by-case basis. Email conner@bethel-church.com for information about these opportunities.

Winter Camp Fundraiser: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Students are able to earn money for camp by preselling Krispy Kreme Doughnuts from December 3rd - January 14th. Email conner@bethel-church.com about how you can be involved in this fundraiser.

Luggage Drop off, Camp Check In & Pick Up Details:

Luggage Drop Off Date & Location:
Wednesday, January 28th, 7pm, Bethel Chehalis (East Auditorium)
- We will be pre-packing the luggage and transporting it to camp ahead of the campers' arrival.

Check In:
Friday, January 30th
Check In Time: 3:00PM @ Bethel Chehalis
- Enter through the glass double doors by the Kitchen.

Pick Up:
Sunday, February 1st
Pick Up Time: 12:00pm @ Bethel Chehalis
- Pick Up in the East Auditorium

Cancelations:

• If a student is needing to cancel their registration, please let us know immediately. To honor our budget and camp facility, we have full refunds available through January 18th. After January 18th, a refund of 50% is available for cancelations through January 28th. No refunds will be available after January 28th. In the case of sickness or an emergency, please email courtney@bethel-church.com about a request for a refund.
