Kid's Camp Details:
Camp Dates: August 5-8, 2026
Camp Location: Lake Retreat Camp, Ravensdale WA
Camp Age Group: Incoming 3rd - 6th Grade Students

Early Registration Deadline: $299 by June 24th

Standard Registration Deadline: $319 by July 15th

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Step One: Sign Up and Submit Deposit

  • Click the ‘Register’ button down below and follow the registration prompts/questions.

  • A $49 deposit is required.

  • Complete Electronic Student Release Form for Bethel Church.

  • Follow the directions in the confirmation email for steps 2 & 3.

Step Two: Register as a part of Bethel Church's group with the Camp Host (NW Ministry Network)

  • A link to register as a part of Bethel Church's group with our Camp Host will be included in the confirmation email.

  • Follow the link to join our group and complete the camp’s registration.

Step Three: Complete Camp Docusign Waiver and Required Electronic Signature

  • Once you've joined our group, a confirmation email from our camp host, Northwest Ministry Network, will be sent to your inbox to complete a Docusign waiver and consent form.

  • The parent/legal guardian of the participant must complete and sign the camp’s waiver and consent form in order to be considered as registered.

Step Four: Submit final payment & all required forms (with the exception of medication form) by:

  • June 24 for EARLY Registration

    • NOTE: If a student registers early but does not complete their paperwork by the early registration deadline, they will NOT receive the early pricing and will be considered a Standard Registration.

  • July 15 for STANDARD Registration

NW Kids Camp Registration

Kids Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To honor our budget and facility, we offer full refunds until one month before camp, 75% four weeks before camp, and 50% two weeks before camp. Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled within a week before camp unless you have an emergency circumstance. If you have questions about the refund policy, please email courtney@bethel-church.com.
