connect with others your age, and have a lot of fun. You don’t want to miss this!

What to Bring
1 Case of Bottled Water
Clothing for four nights and five day including:
>appropriate swimwear (no 2 piece; dark t-shirts preferred for all.)
>work gloves & several changes of work clothes
>“play clothes” & shoes that can get wet & destroyed! :)
Sleeping bag and Pillow
Toiletries // Sunscreen // Towels
Bible // Notebook
Medication in marked bottles with instructions (Drop off at check in)
How can I register?
When you are ready to sign up, click the “register” button and fill out the forms. You can pay $15 to reserve your spot (non-refundable), and your additional payment of $100 will be due by July 23rd.
Do you offer financial assistance?
We never want finances to be the reason a student can’t come to Summer Camp. We handle all Financial Assistance on a case-by-case basis. Please email email@example.com to receive more information.
Can I earn money for camp?
YES! Fortunately, we have a fundraising opportunity for you to earn up to 50% of the cost of camp! Every year Fusion students take part in hosting STP riders on Friday July 14– Sunday July 16. It’s simple & fun, totally worth participating in. If interested, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to bring snacks // my own food?
Though your camp cost covers some snacks and all meals, you are welcome to bring your own snacks to keep in your bag if needed. If you have special dietary needs, indicate what they are on the registration form.
Can I bring friends?
Yes! Bring all of your friends! Talk to them about helping at the fundraiser too!
How many leaders/chaperones will be attending the camp?
It is our goal to have one pre-trained leader for every ten students that attend our camp. In addition, we will have at least two Bethel staff members that will be on site for the duration of the camp.
If I have special medication that I need to take throughout the day, what do I do with it?
If you have special medication that needs to be taken please submit it to our leaders at check-in on the first day of camp with your name and dosage information clearly marked in original bottle inside of a Ziploc bag. Our staff will help take care of you throughout the weekend.
Can I bring my electronics? (Cell phones, laptops, music & gaming devices, etc)
We ask that students do not bring any electronic devices to camp. This is a great opportunity to get away from any distractions and focus on your relationship with God. Our staff will provide you with a list of emergency contact phone numbers if parents need to get in touch with their student.
Where will I be staying?
We will be staying at the Bethel Chehalis campus– our students will stay in separate spaces; girl inside the building and guys outside in tents, all with leaders.
Will students go “off campus”?
Yes, we have activities everyday, some are service projects and some are just for fun! Transportation is provided to and from the church for these activities. Students may not leave on their own for the duration of camp. If a parent needs to pick up a student for any reason, please communicate with Pastor Taylor to make arrangements.
What is the registration deadline?
The deadline to register is July 16th, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Late registrations may be accepted until July 23rd with a price increase of $15.
